We are a fast-growing B2B SaaS company seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in developing and executing effective marketing campaigns within the B2B SaaS space, with a strong understanding of Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and experience using HubSpot. This role will be responsible for all aspects of marketing, including SEO, content marketing, social media marketing, and paid advertising, with a focus on driving engagement with key accounts and generating qualified leads.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive qualified lead generation, increase brand awareness, and improve website traffic.
  • Manage all aspects of SEO, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and link building, with a focus on relevant industry keywords and SaaS-specific SEO best practices.
  • Creation and distribution high-quality content, such as white papers, blog posts, case studies, and webinars, tailored to specific target accounts and the B2B SaaS buyer journey.
  • Manage paid advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Facebook Ads, with an ABM focus and an understanding of SaaS conversion metrics.
  • Plan and execute ABM campaigns, including identifying target accounts, developing personalized messaging, and coordinating with sales teams.
  • Utilize HubSpot to manage marketing automation, email campaigns, landing pages, and lead nurturing.
  • Track and analyze marketing performance data to identify areas for improvement, utilizing HubSpot.
  • Manage a team of marketing contractors.
  • Report on marketing results to the Head of Marketing.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Lead Generation:
    • Number of qualified leads generated (MQLs, SQLs),
    • Conversion rate (visitor-to-lead, lead-to-opportunity),
    • Lead quality (e.g., job title, company size, industry).
  • Website Traffic:
    • Website traffic (organic, paid, referral),
    • Bounce rate,
    • Average time on site,
    • Pages per session.
  • SEO Strategy and Contractor Management:
    • Organic search traffic,
    • Keyword rankings,
    • Backlinks.
  • Listings:
    • Number of active listings on relevant SaaS platforms (e.g., Capterra, G2),
    • Listing accuracy and consistency,
    • Customer reviews and ratings.
  • Content Strategy and Distribution:
    • Content creation and distribution frequency,
    • Content engagement metrics (e.g., likes, shares, comments, downloads),
    • Content performance (e.g., click-through rate, conversion rate).
  • Paid Ads:
    • Click-through rate (CTR),
    • Conversion rate,
    • Cost per click (CPC),
    • Cost per acquisition (CPA).
  • Landing Pages Updates Management:
    • Landing page conversion rate,
    • Landing page load time,
    • Landing page A/B testing results,
    • Landing page alignment with marketing campaigns.
  • ABM Campaigns:
    • Engagement with target accounts,
    • Pipeline generated from target accounts,
    • Conversion rates of target accounts.

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in a B2B SaaS marketing role, with demonstrable expertise in ABM.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing effective marketing campaigns within the B2B SaaS industry.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, content marketing, social media marketing, and paid advertising, specifically for SaaS products.
  • Experience with ABM tools and technologies.
  • Experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub.
  • Advanced English and Ukrainian - written, oral + business communication skills.
